Frequent Asked Questions
General
Starting your staging journey is a streamlined, collaborative process designed to ensure your property makes the best possible first impression. Here is the step-by-step path from our first conversation to a signed agreement:
1. Schedule Your Initial Consultation
Everything begins with a conversation. Reach out to schedule a consultation where we can discuss your specific goals. During this phase, we’ll gather essential details including:
Your Needs: Which rooms or areas require the most focus?
Service Selection: Are you looking for full staging, partial staging, or a verbal consultation?
Property Details: Square footage, location, and the overall "vibe" of the home.
Timeline: Your desired list date and any specific deadlines.
2. The Site Visit
Once we have the basics, we will schedule a time to visit the property in person. During this walkthrough, we will:
Take professional measurements of the layout.
Capture reference photos to help us select the perfect inventory pieces.
Identify any unique architectural features to highlight (and any challenges to minimize).
3. Quote Delivery & Refinement
Following the site visit, we will provide a detailed quote for your review. We want the plan to align perfectly with your vision and budget. If adjustments are needed—such as adding a room or swapping a service—we will update the quote and send you a revised version immediately.
4. Approval & Contract
After you have reviewed the final details and are ready to move forward, simply sign the approval of the quote. At this stage:
The approved quote officially becomes your Invoice and Service Contract.
Your dates are secured on our master calendar.
The creative transformation of your property begins!
How do I secure my staging date?
To move into our production queue and lock in a date, we require both a signed contract and full payment. Our calendar operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
How soon can you stage my property?
We require a 7-business day minimum from the date of payment to curate your custom design, schedule logistics, and prepare inventory. Please note that your actual staging date depends on current calendar availability and may extend beyond this 7-day window during busy seasons.
When will I receive a confirmed date?
Once your payment is processed, our team will review the calendar and provide you with the earliest available date following your preparation period, along with a formal arrival window.
How should I prepare the property for staging day?
To ensure a seamless transformation, the property must be "camera-ready" before we arrive:
Completion: All cleaning, painting, and construction must be 100% finished.
Utilities: Power, water, and HVAC must be active.
Access: Please provide lockbox or gate codes at least 48 hours in advance.
